(October 28, 2018, 7:58 pm)I typically have a very hard time getting blood taken since my veins are very deep. I mentioned it to the lady and she was very quiet, gave me a smile and got the vein first try - no problem. Not the most friendly technician I've had, but certainly very efficient and that's all that I really care about. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes for a walk in. I recommend calling ahead and asking the wait time.
(October 11, 2018, 3:44 pm)I was here just to give a urine sample. I did not have an appointment so took about 15 minutes. Not to bad as it was quite busy. The staff I had contact with were friendly and courteous. Sometimes you just have to be patient and wait knowing that things take time and not to expect things immediately. I live close by so in the future I will continue to come here as the experience has been good so far.
(August 10, 2018, 12:24 pm)Kudos to the one lady who opened by herself. She is a ninja. This has happened before, more than once. Two people didnt show up! Not fair. She was cool as a cucumber and efficient. Hopefully her day goes smooth and the patients treat her with respect. They opened 10 minutes before my appointment, and it was a 90 minute walk in wait.
(August 4, 2018, 4:20 pm)The staff are friendly and professional. I have a hard time with my veins and get poked few times before blood is drawn. But this person tried it once and voila! I told her too before she started and she was modest and said she found a vein but not to jinx her. Lol. In my head I was like knock on wood then but she was quick very little pain. I give the staff 5 star because they are really good at their job. The waiting time is excellent too!
