Russel is our new go to for any carpet repair! He was very easy to work with through the whole process. He was able to give me a quote over text (which we thought was a reasonable price) with some pictures I sent to him. He showed up on time and when he took a look at what needed to be done he charged us less than the original quote. He is very knowledgeable and shared some great tips with us. The work done was great! Our dog had torn up a good piece of our carpet and we had some cat scratches in a few spots too. It now looks as though nothing happened! Would highly recommend!
