I've been looking for some home workout equipment for a while, as there seems to be a global shortage right now (middle of the COVID-19 Pandemic, for anybody reading from a hopefully brighter future). The staff were able to help me out with multiple recommendations, would also hold any items I wanted when they were back in stock, AND stated they would be honouring any sales for out-of-stock items that might come in after the sale ended. All-in-all, great store with a friendly and welcoming vibe!

The service is fantastic here. Every one is very knowledgeable and they don't try to over sell you on things that you don't need. Definitely a great local company!

Purchased a Sole Treadmill along with Mat and lube in April 2020. Despite the quarantine - the company delivered the next day (weekend) and provided curb side delivery - brought the treadmill in to the garage. Honestly - the service was amazing from the purchase to delivery. The SOLE treadmill is a quality product. It replaced a treadmill we purchased 20 years before that finally gave out after years of running. We could not be happier with the treadmill or the service we received from Physique - the service was better than any big box store. We will be back for our next purchase.

My wife and I received the most incredible customer service on our recent spin bike purchase. We purchased the Pro68 Magnetic Spin Bike and Tablet Holder. The bike has exceeded our expectations; quiet, solid, smooth resistance and console is great. Easy to assemble and tablet holder does exactly what it should. But the lasting impression will be the service received, they took the time to answer my emails into late Friday evening. Made the purchase that night online and when I arrived Saturday morning to pick-up the bike, it was pulled out and ready for me to pick up. The tablet holder was not available that day from the southside store, but they went above and beyond and personally delivered to our home the next day.

This is probably the nicest fitness centre you'll visit. Being family owned does make a difference. Whether you're shopping for free weights or some machines, it will worth while to at least visiting their showroom before making your final purchase. They have a very nice selection, what has to be the best warranties in the business, extremely fair prices. And, what probably matters most, friendly and knowledgeable service.
