(October 20, 2017, 5:13 pm)I've gotten new phones here twice now, and while they usually do have a good selection upgrading two lines should not take over an hour to do. It's almost like their system has issues connecting with Rogers' mainframe or something, but it definitely needs to be fixed.
Staff are... It depends on who you get it seems. Sometimes you get someone who's perky, happy, and knowledgeable, while other times you get an associate who comes across as not wanting to be there.
