Let me start by saying I had the most horrible experience with another Optical company regarding an arm repair. From the receptionist to the actual optometrist was disgustingly unprofessional. That's what brought me here. I called and when I explained my situation to the amazing lady who answered the phone ( In Person still amazing). She listened and when I was done she had an appointment for the next day for me. I meet everyone and when everything was done I walked out feeling great. The staff did everything that needed to be done making the visit extremely comfortable. When we left the last thing I said was Thank You Ladies this was amazing and it truly was. They not once judged me they helped me, I was in an accident at 17, I am 51 now and not 1 optometrist I saw in my life since then has done a thorough exam like the Dr did here. She saw what i knew was there a shaded spot on my eye that can only be seen with a thorough exam now she has pictures of it and the monitoring of it begins. That is the importance of thorough eye exams and if it took her all day then all day it is. Again I thank everyone for how amazing you all were to me.

We have had a great experience with Dr. Kaul and the rest of the team at FYI Doctors. My daughter needed some extra time and appointments to get her vision sorted out and they went way were way more thorough than our experiences elsewhere. Recommended!

We previously purchased prescription glasses at Costco and were quite content with the selection, quality, and price. This time we wanted to support a local business (although we now know they are part of a larger company).
Sadly the optician we dealt with had an apathetic attitude. Upon consultation with her we happily chose the best quality lenses only to find the field of clear vision to be extremely limited. And the price was over $1,000 (we did not have the eye exam here).
We were hoping for a happier, more helpful employee. And the high price but strange lense configuration were further disappointments.

I have been a client at Urban Optik for many years and always received outstanding service in terms of attention to all details, dealing with problems, helping with frame selection and making sure my glasses are fitted well and work for me. I especially would like to acknowledge Carlie and Natasha for their help above and beyond my expectations.

I phoned around before choosing an optometrist... This one really seemed like they wanted my business. Every staff member I dealt with was very well trained, polite, empathetic, and professional. Even when I had some problems getting the glasses to fit my face just right, Phil worked with me to get a perfect fit over a few visits. The exam itself was one of the longest, and seemingly most thorough I have ever experienced, and the Dr. explained everything as we went.... Very pleased.
