I have been seeing Jay for only four or five sessions, and I'm relatively new to acupuncture. I have been really impressed with his ability to explain the process, describe what he's noticing, be clear about the treatment plan, and be very mindful of physical comfort including being explicit about consent when placing needles for example in my chest.

I wish all medical practitioners had the demeanour of Jay.

I highly recommend him particularly for individuals who might feel uncomfortable with medical practitioners in general. Because he's professional and welcoming.

I honestly couldn't rave any more about the treatments I have been receiving from Jay. Upon every visit, regardless of my ailments or concerns; I have left feeling exceptional. I frequently saw another acupuncturist in the city that is also incredibly knowledgeable in Chinese medicine and passionate in their skill and care for me as a patient. However; scheduling conflicts brought me to Jay and I couldn't be happier. I will absolutely continue to have weekly treatments with Jay as I have noticed tremendous change in my overall health and well being and mental clarity.
As I have told him numerous times "I feel the most rested and refreshed after I have had a treatment with him".
I highly recommend Jay, if you are looking for help with any ailments. aches, pains, insomnia, digestive concerns, infertility concerns, sore muscles from a hard workout or just looking for a reset and to feel refreshed!

Jay is very knowledgeable in his acupuncture and Chinese medicine treatments. I've seen him for tennis elbow, neck spasms, any many other ailments. Highly recommend!
