(January 6, 2019, 1:34 am)The staff here are beyond amazing! Peter spent over an hour trying to get my phone working that was shipped to me by the loyalty department (who I won’t be dealing with again in the future) I was sent the wrong phone to start with but it was to much of a hassle to return it. They made it sound like it would be simple to get it up and running and it didn’t work but he was super patient and spent a lot of time doing it for me. All of the staff here are friendly too. When my contract is coming up I will go straight to this store and ask for Peter or Andrew they are helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Thanks guys!!
(January 3, 2019, 8:41 pm)Visited this location 3 days before Christmas for a new device for a family member, the 2 staff in the store were very well versed and provided an enjoyable shopping experience.
(December 8, 2018, 3:11 pm)Having been a Bell customer for sometime, this location has become my default shopping location, even though I am in Sherwood Park. A level of customer service rarely seen. Thank you again Paul, Peter and Andrew.
