Incredibly happy with my new mattress. I’m telling everyone I know to stop by their showroom to see what they have before buying anywhere else.

I bought one of their mattresses and split box springs. They have been quite comfortable, but after about 3 years the box spring started getting a bit noisy, it wasn't too bad so I didn't bother getting it fixed. After 4 years they had become quite squeaky. I emailed their warranty department; they responded quickly and asked me to send in photos and do a few tests to make sure it was the box spring and not the bed frame.

After confirming that the noise was coming from the box springs they told me to bring it in so they could complete the repairs. I took it in early this morning and they had it fixed by the afternoon. I just set it all back up and there are no squeaks to be found!

I am very happy with their warranty team!
