  Friendly service centre. Always have a great experience. Very personable and great at building rapport. Service is well stocked with muffins, drinks and toys for kids.

  The service, both as a car buyer and for car maintenance, has been excellent. However, I have been disappointed with two things post purchase of my 2017 S90. The tires the car came with are purely summer tires (ok) but the winter tire options are extremely limited - essentially a couple of choices starting at $3,000 for a set of four tires. Secondly, without the Volvo On Call app the remote start functionality is unavailable. For what was described as a nominal annual charge, the $220 for 12 months On Call renewal fee makes the remote start an expensive optional extra. Volvo Canada Customer Service was uninterested in the issue - sure seems strange to make an important functional element of a car of this class inoperable.

  Karim was a very helpful, courteous and friendly salesperson. He helped me find the right car for me, didn't put too much pressure on, and let me take several test drives to make sure what I was getting was what I wanted. Janice in finance was excellent, super helpful, and worked hard to get me the best deal possible. Seems to be well run, with attentive and courteous staff, they have a non-pretentious atmosphere for a European luxury car dealership.
