(November 15, 2018, 4:28 am)I've been here before & service was great. Today I went in and as soon as I walked in I could tell the guy at the counter did not want to help me. I read the sign on the door saying to have your model # ready but I hadn't planned on going there today so I didn't have it handy. As I approached the counter I smiled and gave a little laugh as I told him I didn't have a model number. He asked me what I was looking for so I told him. He responds with "we don't really carry those parts" I replied saying I had seen them on their website. He seem annoyed and asked for the model number (even though I already told him I didn't have it). At which point I said nevermind I will order them online. As I'm walking out I heard him say something but not sure what. I turned around and said "I could tell from the moment you saw me you didn't want to help me anyways so I'm glad to leave. Having bought parts from here before I know he could have easily looked it up. I'm not sure if it's b/c I'm a woman, that I dress differently or that this guy is just a grump. There were 2 women working at the counters & they just sat there. Not impressed! The only reason I'm still giving a 3 star rating is b/c I have been in before & the guys were great. (Before I started doing google reviews).

I called the store and a lady answered, I gave her the model number and less than a minute she gave me a price for a 280187 part. I went to the store and out of curiosity and YouTube, I asked the gentleman if they sold just the motor and his reply was straight forward, no. After installing the drainage pump I'm glad I purchased the whole unit for a good price. I would like to say...thank you for the great service and the right part. A GREAT PLACE FOR APPLIANCE PARTS.
(September 4, 2018, 7:49 pm)The guy named Erwin facilitated our concerns. My husband and I came to the 149st. There are 2 customer service personnel at the desk and only 2 people waiting in line. The customer service personnel already assisting customers whom I can clearly see that they are trying their best to assist them thoroughly with the bunch of request esp. The other guy with thick requisitions. They are not rushing the customers despite the line up is increasing. Erwin came at desk maybe from lunch break and immediately help his team. I mistakenly made a wrong order when I saw the actual part being ordered for my fridge. So my husband requested to have it return and Erwin quickly have the order requeated for return and refunded my money. He helped us find specifically the part that we need and have it order and possible pick up tomorrow. I can see these people are working hard!!!
