This was my first time purchasing from them, I was debating to buy the Sola Photo Light 800 and Sola Camera Tray for my GoPro when I saw that the light had gone out of stock. I emailed the team on Friday afternoon and within a few hours got a response that they will check with the manufacturer and get back to me and will Xpresspost the item so that I can get it before my trip if they can. Monday was a holiday, Tuesday they got a reply from the manufacturer and I got the light & tray today (Thursday) in Toronto. They were also very courteous and prompt in their replies. Best of all, they still gave it to me at the sale price!
