(February 19, 2019, 6:27 pm)I have been using this clinic for a long time now. Any time I have had an issue minor or more concerning they have always been great to deal with. The front desk is polite, courteous, and professional. My current family doctor (Dr. Yau) is also amazing , knowledgeable and has never steered me wrong.
I see complaints and low ratings because of wait times to which can be somewhat long and stressful if you're a walk-in however the staff do their best to get you in ASAP.
That whole area is under constant expansion so do your due diligence and book an appointment if you can.
