I have been suffering for 4 years with extreme back pain. I have been thru many drs, meds, xrays, mri’s, scans, injections. I have my family dr and a surgeon following me regularly. I got into the iPax clinic quickly which I was thankful for. Today I saw Dr. Dmitry Yakunchikov. He was so patient with me and kind. He ended up doing some new nerve blockers. He knew I was so scared as they go deep into your spine. He was very compassionate and he stayed with me till I got up and was able to stand on my own. I’ve seen more drs than a person can imagine in their lifetime. He was awesome.
He told me to keep away from any narcotics which I am not a fan of anyway, where others drs just prescribe. I also work in the medical field and understand how busy these offices can be. I appreciate this DR and can’t thank him enough. I have a follow up next week for the second set of injections. They suck but he was great.
Have had really polarizing experiences dealing with the various Ipax Clinics. I can say that the wait times are insane to get into a regular consultation, to getting in to have a procedure done. I agree with other reviewers, the Ipax on 172 st just leave you on hold, and never come back. I tried calling 3 times and gave up after a 15 minute average hold time. (never did have my call actual answered btw) Dr Vicaruddin is a wonderful doctor. It just not worth waiting over an hour in the waiting room each appointment, and the huge inconvenience of calling and trying to speak with someone.
Good clinic. Good services. Doctors and therapists treated me well and helped me get through 3 years of stress with my claim. Still going for treatment every few weeks of trigger injection
