Absolutely amazing. As a powerlifting athlete post child, I was having issues with bracing and pelvic floor. Mandy was absolutely amazing. She helped me with exercises to rid me of my issues during heavy squats. Highly recommend for any female athletes or women dealing with pelvic floor issues.
