In my experience, Cannabis shops are run in 3 ways in Edmonton; 1. shady/gangster type; 2. Overly teched out staff that speak in geek-squad IT/gamer terms; 3. Clinic and require you book an appointment for premium prices. The only thing in common with them all is a certain unnecessary level of intimidation.
NewLeaf is what I would expect a proper dispensary to be, starting with the stellar staff, like Kennedy, who are welcoming, engaging, extremely knowledgeable - client service at its finest.
The product range is on-point and well presented. The packaging is great and the shop itself is clean, bright - just generally pleasant.

This is a great store, cheerful environment, the store is Clean and open. You can see the product in the display cases, music is good, service is Exceptional the staff is amazing, they don’t just treat you like a customer and push expensive products on you, they actually try and find you what you want.
