The place is close to my home. Yes, it certainly took some time for the people who came for a walk in. For me, the time was all right. The lady who took my test was very professional and calm...Highly recommended ... prefer having an appointment so you don't have to wait long.

Had a great experience. It’s a very busy place especially with COVID and all the government cuts but the staff were polite and friendly. Thanks!

Staff is amazing superfast and professional.
I have gone to couple of other locations like Tawa Center which is super slow and over crowded. Millbourne Mall location is decent.
However this location exceeds my expectations.
