  Andrew makes working out fun. Being obese, I've always hated going to the gym and created every excuse not to go. Andrew is so encouraging and supportive that I look forward to seeing him. We just happen to get in some fitness while we chat! Highly recommended.

  I have been a client of Andrews for almost three years. It's quite hard to put in to words what Andrew does for people - outside of the physical component. He is a support to his clients mentally and emotionally as well, being able to help people work through the "mental roadblocks" or in my case, often my ability to sabotage myself with my thinking. I was almost 290 pounds three years ago and Andrew taught me that I can do anything I put my mind to and I have! Had he told me back then I would be flipping large tractor tires I would have said he's crazy.
  
  He has a way of pushing you harder than you think you are, and while laying on the floor tired at the end of the workout, its a good tired and you are always still laughing.
  
  I would recommend him to anyone, and would be lost without his constant guidance and support.
