Scott invited me back to the shop to clear up the misunderstanding and show me exactly what his technicians found, and made every effort necessary to ensure I left happy and with a clear understanding of the situation. It was very reassuring to see the issue for myself, meet the technician who found it, and get honest feedback on what I should do next. I appreciate that I did not feel pressured to buy further services here. I think this will be my new go-to tire shop.
