A woman with a glass in the front is so rude
She is not ready to help me and serve me
I went there many times she undermine me and not explain what I asked her about my bills.
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Chu at Londonderry Dental Centre since the spring of 2017 and have had been very satisfied with each visit. He has always taken time to explain the dental procedure being done and is happy to answer any questions I have. Both Dr. Chu and the dental hygienist who has typically assisted him during my work (Jordan), ensure my visits are as pain free and comfortable as possible. Dr. Chu’s attention to detail with every procedure I have had, no matter how minor, gives me confidence in his work. Going to the dentist is not something anyone looks forward to, but Dr. Chu and the staff at Londonderry Dental Centre do their best to make it as an enjoyable experience as possible!
I would thank Dr. Hayashi for doing my teeth for me! him and the other lady were very polite when we were chatting and there were times when he would go really HARD on taking my teeth out, but I didn't mind because he was doing his job and my goal is getting the best smile ever. Really an amazing experience! would recommend him to anyone because he is really niceee :)
I love coming here and there great with my mental illnesses. Always understanding. I do have one complaint they call alot ... but I'm in a way glad they do cause i forget things and it shows they really do there job. I love love love the hygienist I always see. Can't say enough good things about her and both dentists I've seen. Dr. Hayshi is amazing and so is Dr chi.
Love my new dentist she's understanding and very gentle and funny. She's amazing can't wait to see her again. The front end girls are awesome and so friendly. Totally worth the visit
