  Professional and friendly staff but I think people don't go back because 75%of the care you get one can provide yourself at home.
  
  I believe that sometimes they don't "hear" you either. If you explain you're sore, I think they don't understand just how sore you truly are. Also. the questions are to broad.
  
  Having said, I still would recommended this facility if you are in need of Physio. The front end staff are friendly and accommodating!
