(November 3, 2018, 2:54 am)Tonight I had my very first rekei treatment with the lovely Gail. My week started off very emotionally and mentally overwhelming and I was having a difficult time keeping it together. I was processing a lot and working through the issues at hand. I tried to relieve my stress with Yoga, meditation and hot baths. Finally, I decided to give rekei a try (thank goodness I did). I had done minimal research but a trusted friend recommended I pursue it as an option. I haven't felt more relaxed than I did tonight! It was better than a massage. I couldn't believe what I was experiencing. Warmth, relaxation and no more headache or tension. Gail produced a comfortable and nurturing environment. I am extremely happy with her service and will be recommending Gail's unique talents to everyone I know.

(October 2, 2018, 3:40 pm)This was my first time with Reiki, and I literally knew NOTHING about it prior to this experience. Gail is such a warm and welcoming person that I had no reservations about the session at all, despite never having experienced it before. The reiki session was so incredibly therapeutic and put me in such a better place than I had been prior to starting. It was such a unique experience that is hard to put into words! I will definitely go back to see Gail, and highly recommend her services to anyone in need of self care :)
