This is an update of a review I previously uploaded. I had an issue with the store and staff regarding a defective piece of merchandise. I contacted management / ownership of the store directly after posting my review, and the area manager contacted me promptly to resolve the issue and alleviate my concerns.

The area manager was outstanding (Devon Gillis, Area Manager North), and even took the time and effort to canvass other products with me to make sure that I was satisfied with what I was getting and comfortable with my purchase.

The store review was originally one star as my experience at the store initially was poor on the ground floor, but I honestly believe that it is not always about the experience at the store or the staff that matters: it is also about how the management of the store addresses your concerns and complaints and rectifies the issues at hand. People make mistakes, and businesses are no different. This is forgivable and just part of doing business so long as the business is willing to acknowledge its mistakes and rectify them. Nova Cannabis did just that, so I have amended my store review accordingly.

In that respect, my experience was outstanding, as Devon Gillis remedied my concerns, put a product of value in my hand and made the process and smooth and easy as possible, with minimal hassle. He truly did an exceptional job and deserves credit for his efforts to address my complaint in a prompt and reasonable manner.

never had a problem. between me and my uncle we have purchased at least $1500 in product (Not including weed) from this place and always enjoyed every cent of it. great selection of fantastic product, staff are knowledgeable and personable. shout out to Alex, she has sold me and my uncle all our big ticket items. this place is the only place il go
