(June 13, 2019, 1:00 am)Convenient location within the rec centre. I'm never overly impressed with the running room but this location is better than most of the others. This location is usually well stoked and has a decent selection of products despite it being a smaller shop.
For the average athlete the knowledge and experience of the staff will be satisfying. However, the more hardcore individual will want a higher calibre of assistance than this shop provides. -

(November 15, 2016, 6:20 pm)Great place to come and run. They have a great group of runners and always welcome new people. Free to run Wednesday nights and Sunday mornings. Store prices can be a bit higher so shop around.
