Convenient location within the rec centre. I'm never overly impressed with the running room but this location is better than most of the others. This location is usually well stoked and has a decent selection of products despite it being a smaller shop.
For the average athlete the knowledge and experience of the staff will be satisfying. However, the more hardcore individual will want a higher calibre of assistance than this shop provides.

They are always helpful when I need workout supplies. They're sidewalk sales are phenomenal too.

Great place to come and run. They have a great group of runners and always welcome new people. Free to run Wednesday nights and Sunday mornings. Store prices can be a bit higher so shop around.
