Brittany was very knowledgeable and friendly. Once we showed her around our place, she was able to come up with a design that fit our needs perfectly for our master ensuite closet, ensuite washroom, and mudroom closet. Her designs were functional and she understood exactly what we needed in terms of storage. So we got them to install cabinets for 3 areas of the house. We have an average size home but these were areas where we needed to maximize our storage space. The cabinets were custom built and fit the spaces perfectly without making our space feel smaller. The chocolate pear colored cabinets look as if they were installed when the house was initially built. They match our cabinets throughout the whole house. They also installed a trim along the mudroom cabinet which makes it look very refined/finished and professional. Ramon was excellent in terms of installing the cabinets. He took the time to make sure things were done properly. Ramon also called before he was on his way over, each time, which was courteous. We also received confirmation emails and phone calls for appointments. Only downside was that it took 3 appointments (instead of the 1 day) to have all of them installed. This was not due to Ramon but the drawer dividers were forgot to be ordered/made and the mudroom cabinet doors being different sizes. These problems were fixed by the company with ease and no hassle a few days later. Worth the money for good customer service and to have our home well organized. Thanks Closets by Design!

Doug and the team at Closets by Design did four closets for use over the course of a few days. They were courteous in our home, prompt in communication, as well as happy to come back and correct any imperfections. In the end gave us a quality product for a great price.

Right from the start, everything was more than expected. Quick call back, had an excellent consultation with Brittany and then received a call a few days before to confirm installation. Then received a call day before to confirm time window. Installer arrived on time and did the job in a timely and professional manner. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.
