I was just here on Friday,I was a walk in they made time for me which was great, I got a manicure and a pedicure. All the staff seemed friendly However I noticed today that my finger nails are already chipping, after not doing anything that would directly cause them to chip. As well I paid for the service that had massage included which I did not feel satisfied with, I felt as if they just rushed
though my services because they were so busy . I would probably go there again but maybe try and find not such a busy time.

This is a great place to get your nails done! I walked-in hoping there would be availability for nails and they were quickly able to get my friend and I in despite being a little bit busy. The facility looks clean and new along with the staff who were friendly and accommodating. I was happily surprised with the amount of time they took to do my acrylics. It took about 30-45 minutes to get them done beautifully. The downside is that it is a more expensive.

Few days ago I did my nails and I was not satisfied with it. Today I called them to see if they can fix it to gain their confidence and yes they did a great job today and more friendly. Thanks for taking your time to make me happy. I have shown my friends I referred to you guys and they are all happy with u now.

If you want to be treated like a valued person not just a few money signs I highly recommend Urban Nail Bar , I went last week and although I like my nails they weren’t perfect and the owner was nice enough to reach out and offer a new colouring to correct it . It was nice for a company to offer to rectify an issue without being asked . Karla was super nice the first and this time, and didn’t begrudgingly fix my nails or anything and was super nice . Also a large satisfaction moment came with Karla removed the colour from my nails and there was no lifting showing Karla’s skill in creating a great base and application. It was also nice that owner checked in to make sure everything was good . Urban Nail Bar is clean , friendly , caring and fantastic , I will for sure being back there from now on.

Just came here today for a shellac manicure and I was very happy as a first time customer. The lady I had was very friendly and I appreciated her constantly asking me if I liked the shape/colour. If she thought something may have hurt she checked in again which was super nice.
The space is super pretty and modern. Price was great as well. I will for sure be making this my new nail place and look forward to getting my wedding nails done here too! Thanks ladies.
