Christina who did my bloodwork and ECG did such an amazing job, she was so nice and friendly even while working at a fast pace and a long queue of patients. Kudos to the team!

I was a walk in patient that went in sometime after 7 am on a weekend, and waited for about an hour and half to see a tech. I already knew the wait time would be a while since this location has a huge population of the city to handle. I saw no problems with one of the techs taking care of the line up whenever they finish with a patient, the system seems to work and it doesn't create a massive crowd of people waiting in the small room to get their tests done.

All of the staff working were quite friendly, and given the high volume of walk-ins they did what they could to help everyone as efficiently as they could. I definitely think they deserve a lot more credit than they've been given.

The actual office is pretty small, so if you come in during a busy day you might have to wait outside of the clinic. But make sure to check the TV screen every so often incase your name comes up on the list. I saw a few names get called and they were bumped to the end of the list since they weren't in the room.

The main waiting area was a little bit dirty, but that's understandable given that it's winter. The washroom stall I used was very clean, after seeing a review complaining about the dirty washroom I was prepared for the worst but I saw nothing wrong with the washroom at all.

Christin Macedia was great technician. She took blood sample for my daughter and got it in first attempt. She used a different spot than usual. Earlier on other locations they pocked her 2-3 times to find the vein
