My daughter Cyzarine started her first violin lesson with Teacher Allan when she was 4 yrs old. I never thought she will last the lessons because of her age but Teacher Allan always made the lessons lively, playful, captures the interest and inspires his students to perform best and in a enjoyable way.
Cyzarine learned so much and enjoyed every lesson that she had and will have with Teacher Allan. We love teacher Allan's Dedication, enthusiasm , knowledge , expertise and experience with Violin. He goes above and beyond his lessons. He gives his students the opportunity to gain confidence , experiences and exposures with all the extra activities outside the lessons.
Putting my daughter to Teacher Allan's violin classes is the best investment of time and money.
My son has been taking lessons with Allen for almost two years. Allen is a dedicated teacher, he continually researches to improve my son’s playing as well as his own teaching. His teaching style is structured yet not ridge. He provides clear instructions on progress and areas to work on both to student and parents. I like his emphasis on practicing. He has also provided us with structure for practice time, including guidance on what to do, how often and for how long. There is an aspect of his teaching that allows for student input. He often uses questions to help my son identify and address issues rather than just telling him. My son came to Allen when he felt stuck with a previous instructor. I have seen marked improvement in his playing and attitude towards playing and practicing.
He teaches not only music instruments but also Art of Musicians who feels and absorbing Music. His teaching makes kids are enjoyed, inspired and made creative thinkers.
I started to play the violin two years ago at age 45. Allan is the only teacher I’ve ever had and would ever want. He seems to know intuitively when to challenge me and when to keep lessons light and fun. His passion for teaching the violin is undeniable.
Allan is an outstanding teacher, his skill and talent has inspired me to keep learning and pushing myself on my violin journey. He is patient, kind and will guide you in the right direction. I would highly recommend him and always will.
