First and foremost, I love Reflection Hair Studio! I presented Blaguna with the ultimate challenge, lifting years of BLACK drugstore hair color off of my hair. In my mind, I envisioned myself with icy blonde hair (not too much to ask!). Blaguna was honest and told me it would be a process, meaning several visits in order to preserve the health of my hair. True to her word, several visits later she achieved my vision! I am now rockin' beautiful icy blonde hair and lovin' every moment. I have had so many compliments, even from my 7 and 8 year old kids! Not only do I have my desired color, Blaguna maintained the health of my hair, no straw here. Blaguna is experienced and skilled and one can rest assured they will leave happy and looking fabulous. Dear anonymous, colouring your hair has been a lovely experience in the past.I have been doing your family's hair for over a decade and you have all been happy. I'm sorry we did not rinse your hair as soon as it felt hot. You had a chemical reaction to the bleach, that was taken seriously. I checked your foils and integrity of hair and we chose to continue the service. When rinsing your hair, chunks did not fall out though it was damaged. I took ownership by giving you a full refund, and I am very sorry. I have seen this reaction to bleach three times in twenty years, going from black to blonde is risky in its self. Usually a mineral build up in the hair causes this reaction with bleach. I take full ownership for trying to give a 19 year old with unreasonable expectations a great colour. I know I tried my best to make you happy. again sorry, sincerely Lise.
