Thank you for providing us with excellent customer care and taking the time to make us feel comfortable and welcome. No pressure sales at all compared to what it used to be in the past. We appreciated the quality service.

We brought it to Kal Tire to get some new tires put on and they claimed that there was something wrong with our suspension. Upon calling the dealership for a quote they were skeptical of the claim and invited me to bring the car in for them to look at, free of charge.
I brought it in, they brought it up on the lift and showed me that nothing was wrong and effectively saved us $400+.
Things like this are why we keep coming back!
