I would give more stars if it was possible. I want to give a BIG shout out to Natalie and all the other wonderful ladies that work here. They are fabulous. I went in last year to try on dresses not knowing what style of dress I wanted except that I wanted sleeves added. We found a beautiful Mori Lee gown and they worked with me to order additional lace pieces to create sleeves. Of course COVID hit and my dress didn't make it in till 3 weeks or so before my wedding. Honestly during the few months when non-essential business were closed, I was worried that I wouldn't get my dress. Anytime that I would call Natalie would reassure me that my dress would come in and alterations would get done before my wedding day & she was right. They made the dress into something so magical and beautiful. I will never, ever forget these wonderful ladies for making my dream dress come true and the experience as a whole something special. You ladies are fabulous (especially Natalie).

Fantastic experience. The staff are so kind, patient, skilled and professional. They went out of their way to accommodate my busy schedule for fittings. My dress came on time despite the crazy COVID disruptions in shipping. This was 1 of only 2 stores in Edmonton that carried my beautiful, Kennith Winston, dream designer dress and was able to give me the best deal in comparison to other Calgary or Edmonton stores. The alterations by Viola are impeccable in craftsmanship, you would have never thought that such magic could be worked to make a dress fit so perfectly. Natalie is a true professional and overall amazing person. I am so glad we have this store in Edmonton!

I had an amazing time finding my dress. Amy was great to work with and was able to find dresses that were very similar to ones I had pictures of. We even did a little pre-appointment email consult so she knew ahead of time what I was looking for. I was impressed with the protocols they have put in place due to COVID and felt safe throughout my appointment. I found my perfect dress at the Bridal House! Thanks guys!! Can't wait for it to come in!

This location has a great selection of dresses. We used this place for the dress purchase and tux rental for our wedding in September 2018. It's a glamorous place when you enter the dress area. All the groomsmen also got their rentals here and 1 of them is 6'4" 360lbs. He's not the easiest to get a rental tux for but the accomplished it well. The dress which was a Madison James was sized perfectly according to my wife. They did well in that regard...

Where the 2 other stars are lost are from the lack of communication from the staff. The dress was purchased in January and arrived mid September. 2 weeks before the wedding. Her stress level was at an absolute high. My wife called numerous times. For months she couldn't get an answer as to when it was coming in or whether it was even in transit. Not many future brides would have been able to handle that. Consider that having at least 2 months of time for fittings to ensure a proper sizing.

The bridal house had my dream dress for my wedding! They made the shopping experience wonderful and made all the efforts to help me make sure I had found my dress. The staff was wonderful to deal with and my alterations were perfect for a great price. I could not be happier with my experience at the bridal house!! Natalie and her team are the best!!
