Graham and his team of highly trained professionals can always be counted on when needing maintenance, tires or any other mechanical service work done. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone. I use Trail Tire for all my tire and automotive needs so when my father was looking for new tires for his vehicle, naturally, I sent him to see Graham at Trail Tire. During the installation of his tires, the technician noticed another problem with the vehicle and they advised my father to go back to the dealership to see if he could get it repaired under warranty. My father was very impressed and appreciative that the technician noticed the problem and he was able to get it repaired before his warranty ran out.

They do a great job. Honest and Trustworthy! I get my vehicle serviced here and bought winter tires as well. They store tires for only $80/yr!

They are very responsive, knowledgeable, quick to get you in, isolate and resolve the issue. Their pricing is also very reasonable. Graham Tanner and the staff at the new Trail Tire are amazing. I am writing this on behalf of myself and my spouse Lyle. we have been taking our vehicles to Trail tire on 99 street for some time now. We were ecstatic that they opened the new location on 156 street and 131 avenue and Graham is running the new location. We would have continued to use the 99street location, even though it was clear across the city, so we are so fortunate to have the new location opened and Graham at the helm. We have had such great experiences with them. Customer service is over the top and we never have to worry about getting taken advantage of, plus the new location is beautiful. I would recommend them to anyone looking for auto repairs and tires! 100% Thumbs up!
