I recently purchased a gently used Kia Sorrento from A & I Auto. I have dealt with other dealers in the past and they weren't at all bad. However, I went to A & I on a referral and I must say I am impressed. I dealt with Cali, he was hands down the best rep I have ever dealt with in the auto industry. I will refer anyone too him from here on. He is very professional and organized, did not B.S. At all, did everything he said he would without me having to bother him. He went over and above all expectations. In fact he did more for us on a used vehicle than our last dealer did on a new purchase. Thank you Cali for all you have done for us, loving the vehicle.
