So in tears went to cosmoprof on Fort Rd and the girl Sarah was so helpful and calmed me down Left feeling better and with clarifying shampoo to not damage my hair anymore then i already had. She also suggested some hemp lotion that smells amazing. I will defiantly be going back to see Sarah for my next color. Thanks again for a amazing experience.
