(July 22, 2017, 4:13 pm)I stopped in this shop after another Crystal Glass location had butchered the replacement of my windshield and claimed it was done right. The manager heard my conversation with his receptionist, and stopped what he was doing in his office and took over the conversation. We looked over the loose trim together and my complaints with the previous install, and he went over what was done right and what wasn't, he then proceeded to book me in and when i picked up my vehicle, true to his word - they fixed it with no charge to myself, all the problems I had with the other shops install were fixed, and it was done properly. Amazing customer service! I can definitely say, this changed my opinion on Crystal Glass, I'll definitely be coming back to this shop
