(August 31, 2018, 3:55 am)We had excellent service trying to find the proper caulking for our tear drop trailer. One of the service guys came out of the office and gave us a good explanation of which sealant to use with our specific trailer, which we were completely clueless!

(May 22, 2018, 3:15 pm)The team at RV Country is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. When fighting with a new brake controller on the day of the May long weekend, I had to make multiple visits to RV Country as nothing was going according to plan. Mike was able to diagnose the vehicle in the parking lot and exclude the tow vehicle as the problem. They then gave me some help in further troubleshooting the issue myself and sent me on my way. Mike took 5 minutes out of his lunch to double check my truck and trailer and everything turned out OK! I am super thankful the team was able to help get me and my family on the road! (August 11, 2017, 1:07 am)I recently bought a used weight distribution hitch and could not find the instructions anywhere online. RV Country had the same model in the store and the staff were more than happy to crack it open and print me off a quick copy of the instructions. When I needed work done on a used trailer I had recently bought, they were able to get it in into the shop immediately and had it back road worthy to me within a week. They would have got five stars if they had a military discount program.
