Hit and miss in this location! Sometimes when I go there, they are quite pleasant (2 certain employees anyway) then other times I go in, other employees are VERY rude and disrespectful! (No, I really don’t have 3 heads, but they sure look at me like I do!!) or, they give off the attitude that their SH*T don’t stink!! They really shouldn’t be in the service industry with that kind of mindset! When attractive customers come into the store, please treat them with respect (or ANYONE for that matter) if not? Please proceed to the back of the store and not deal with the public.....this kind of attitude will not take you far in the ‘real world’!! Good luck!!

Lady guided me through bleaching my hair and cool silver blue hair colour after that!!!!

Please remember that the girls working here are NOT HAIRDRESSERS! They are given a small amount of knowledge and thrown to the wolves. Prices are good but as a hairdresser i don't find they last. I've had to return a few items due to manufacturing issues. A couple blow dryers have stopped working after a few days of use. I love their colour line ion but i know how to use it. If you are making big changes to your hair ask a professional!
