I have banked with Scotiabank for over 10 years. They are a great bank and have never given me problems. Unfortunately, if you close your account, they don't keep your banking history. I have to start from scratch and rebuild my relationship with them before they will even give me an ATM cash back option. Which is the only downside. This branch is super busy and almost impossible to book appointments with on the weekend.Tried banking with CIBC for a while but it was a horrific nightmare. Came back to Scotiabank and wondered why I left in the first place! Some of the tellers at this location are really friendly, others not so much. Overall, this branch is a good one!
