Don’t know who this Mrs. Penner is but she’s never lived in either of these buildings. Hard to write a review when you have no first hand experience. These buildings are professionally managed and tenants are respected for their heritage. They are family friendly. No building in this city is perfect however these buildings provide a very comfortable place to call home.
