(June 9, 2020, 5:22 pm)I love this place. My trombone valve broke earlier this year and Susan came and picked it up from where I was. It was fixed impeccably. I just got an order delivered two days after I placed it on Saturday, and when I called to ask about some items, Ormand was very helpful.
(July 10, 2019, 1:24 am)Fun fact: if you rent an instrument, the rental fee can be put towards the purchase of a new instrument from the store. Very appealing to know you're not 'throwing money away' on a rental when you may eventually choose to buy, but are not sure yet. They were my go-to store when I was in jr.high and high school band almost 20 years ago, and from what I can see, that's not about to change!
