  BEST TEAM EVER! David went above and beyond to meet our expectations. Highly recommend. They took care of us in every aspect, from financing to home purchase, as a first time home buyer being able to get everything done in one place and not having to go back and fourth with different people was the way to go.   Sorry guys I can only give you 5 stars! [6 wasn't an option :)] David has been so patient with me. I never felt pressured or obligated. Michel doesn't mess around. This guy is a pro. He gets the job done and he does it right. It's been such a pleasure working with David and Michel. They always have my best interest at heart. They care! You want a home? You want financing? It's all done right here. Headache free!

  We cannot say enough good things about our experience using David to find our first home. As first time home buyers, the whole process can be fairly intimidating but David was great in walking us through the whole process and making sure we were comfortable with everything. He worked very hard at finding us the right house at the right price. David was also unbelievably patient with us during the whole home buying experience. He understood exactly what we were looking for and he went over and above in order to deliver for us. We would HIGHLY recommend David and would use him in the future in a heart beat!
