  I entered your location yesterday anxious, upset, and frustrated due to the fact, my new cell phone was not operational for many days. On line services kept telling me to call them! How could l? I entered you location and explain what was going on. Robert made me feel comfortable for the get go. I’m extremely happy and have no complaints with Robert who gave me proficient product knowledge, fantastic customer service and seemed committed to resolving my problems. If I should ever encounter another issue, most definitely I will come to see Robert. He’s an awesome employee who was committed to the task at hand. Most importantly, my issues were resolved in a short period of time when I walked out the door. I’m so,so grateful ? ps. I’m still waiting for Telus to email me back about my issues.
