I have been here three times with three different vehicles. Service work is done on time, at the price quoted and performed with attention to detail. The front counter staff Leah and Mike are always friendly and a pleasure to deal with. Their pricing is very fair and the complimentary car wash is a nice touch. Some people may question the 99 5 star reviews, let me assure you, they truly deserve every single one of them. Thanks Caliber Automotive!!!

Honest, professional and very friendly staff.
Simply came in for a change of tires and balance. I had a question mark on one of my front light that is damage. They took my car right away, inspected it and gave me a very honest answer without pushing on selling anything and had my car clean and sparkly !
The prices are super fair and even half price for the tires storage compare to regular garages.

Excellent workmanship, consistent results. They will ensure the car is actually diagnosed correctly and fixed, or options provided before returning it. They won't try to sell you services or parts you don't need. You won't get any bull stories or excuses from Caliber. There are no nasty surprises 5 minutes after you leave the shop.

They won't schedule you the same day usually, but it just means the car won't be sitting in their lot for a week while they get to it.

Cost-wise, they are not cheaper than my dealership, but the do it right, the first time, and if something can be done with patchwork instead of replacing the half the car, they will honestly offer to do so with appropriate caveats and whatnot.
Generic parts are priced competitively, and they are understanding when it comes to ridiculously overinflated prices of OEM-only parts and will work with you on options.
Few times I went to other shops when I've been quoted their estimate, and every single time I wished I'd listened, as I always lost more than saved: either time, or money, or both.

The car comes back clean, invoices are printed as well as emailed, very convenient for record keeping.

Despite it being a busy shop, I never had to wait in line. The staff is courteous and professional, there is no time wasting or chit-chat.

Shuttle service is available, and loaner cars are there if repair takes a while.

So if you read all those other reviews and wonder why they have a perfect score, don't be suspicious. They really are that ideal automotive repair shop that everyone is seeking.

Caliber took such great care of me and my car. They easily gave me a loner car when I dropped in without an appointment. When I returned a short while later, my car was cleaned and ready to go. They were priced better and more convenient than the drive in style oil change bays. I would recommend Caliber to anyone.

I could echo all of the other reviews on their excellent service, workmanship and kindness but I would like to say something different. Caliber respects their clients, plain and simple: they have never "up sold" me just to get more money, they have referred me to someone else on specialty work (a diesel aftermarket tuner programming issue), accepted I do my own oil changes and minor stuff, and even looked for alternative products to ensure the job was done right. No mechanic, no company with proper tools and properly educated journeyman trades people will be cheap. When I need it done right, when I don't need to be "up sold", when I want to feel appreciated... I trust only Caliber.
