Service was outstanding! I had a pipe burst in my basement and had to go through my insurance company. Rob (owner) made sure to follow up with them so I never had to deal with a lot of the stress that is often involved in an insurance claim. He remained in constant communication with me so I was never left guessing what was next. His team that came in to install the carpet was respectful, careful and once the job was done, there was no sign that any workers had been in the house. The site was left neat and clean. Rob followed up after the job was complete to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction and that I was happy with the work.
