(February 11, 2019, 11:04 pm)I was in a rear-end collision last October and had to go through Craftsman by my insurance company. I was very happy with their service, they went above and beyond. On top of that, I was surprised with my car being completely cleaned inside. I have 3 boys and my car is a disaster. I did not expect the interior to even be touched. That service alone was likely worth more than the repairs.
(August 21, 2018, 5:19 pm)Craftsman collision on 156 St. was the ONLY collision repair shop (out of 4 that I visited) that was honest enough to tell me that most of the damage to the bumper of my Lexus could be polished out. I ended up not getting it repaired. Still, I believe honesty should be recognized.
