This is the first time I have dealt with Double Diamond as I'm from Calgary and wouldn't normally shop Edmonton for electronics. In this case, they had something I was looking for that was very hard to find anywhere else.
They worked with me over the phone quick, had a good price, and shipped it out to me the same day.
When it had an issue, they went WAY above and beyond to help me and to provide a resolution.
I'm not sure when I'll have the opportunity to deal with them again, but they will be near the top of my list when considering an electronics purchase.
And Rich, no offense, but I'm trying to figure out who you think you are to force a company to spend money on a website to match your desires???

If you want fancy displays, fancy facebook and website, online pricing, etc then don't complain - just go elsewhere. If you are looking for helpful knowledgeable staff and the best price - go here. This is a low-overhead outlet and they keep their costs low by not spending on frills. I have bought from here for years. Great staff and they have ALWAYS given me better prices than anyone else, often by a substantial margin.
