Amazing.. My truck was stolen and by the time I received a settlement was Thanksgiving weekend.. And of all things was a storm a brewing.. Low and behold Carmelo was taking messages when I sent some about a prospective unit.. We messaged back/forth and he offered to come in holiday Monday so my daughter and I could try and have a look.. (Short story I work away from home and only had 3 more days to find something...first 2 days and 3500km on a rental, and bs ads from others wasted my time...) truck looked good, and his info was solid and honest.. Very honest!!! We talked pricing and I continue to city to see truck on a Monday am.. When we arrived it was an "aaaaaah" moment for my daughter and myself.. Truck was everything and more than ad showed.. It was started and snow cleared off so we would be comfortable to take for a drive.. We bought it! Process, communication, accessibility, honesty, and overall gentleman handshake dealer!! Definitely would use again.. Thanks!!! **note.. I don't normally buy a diesel without an inspection... but felt comfortable enough with info available wasn't even an issue..**
