Our technician was punctual and professional throughout the whole process. Polite and informative whenever I had any questions. Our vents in the basement were extremely dirty as a result of the basement renovations we had completed, and he got them cleaned like new. Tyler showed up on time and was very pleasant to deal with. The furnace and duct cleaning job was in my 3rd floor condo and this was one of the few companies I called that had the proper remote equipment. Tyler finished the job with quality and speed. He also gave advice on future furnace filter maintenance and dryer hose replacement. Great service overall - highly recommended especially if you live in a condo.
