I am a landlord with multiple units in older buildings. I have dealt with many trades people for various reasons over the years, plumbing included. The Kodiak team was exceptionally professional and competent. They did what they said they were going to do and there were no unpleasant surprises. Just good solid work. They certainly get my vote for future work.

Totally professional! Recently, our Church experienced something very odd - three out of four toilets developed leaks within 2 days. I would expect something like this in a mall or somewhere frequented with more public activity or possibility for vandalism. This certainly isn't the case in our Church! At any rate, I reached out to Karl @ Kodiak as we have a funeral with many people expected to attend. Karl/Kodiak was able to fit us in their schedule, the work performed was fantastic and done quickly. I've had experience with Karl in the past and he is terrific! Five stars isn't enough! Absolutely loving my new humidifier that got installed. I suffer from a lot of allergies and also living in Alberta doesn't help with this dry weather all the time. I have noticed such a huge difference with my allergies and the air quality in the house has gotten so much better. We were working on a home renovation and hired Kodiak to supply and install all our plumbing fixtures. I must say the service was great, the price was affordable and what I liked the most was that they are not only a plumbing company, they are also a maintenance company. They managed to rip out the old drywall, install new ones and apply a new coat of paint. Highly recommended for a one-stop shop for plumbing and other home repairs.

Had an issue with my sink draining for months after I moved in to my home. Called a few plumbers and they quoted me to change pips. Lift my sink higher. Renovate my kitchen. But then my buddy recommended Karl and within minutes Karl diagnosed the issue. It was a Fork in the drain. Looked like it's been in there for years. These guys truly have the experience. Thank you.
