The Product(s)/Service: this has been my go to place for since I started driving. I've been going to these guys since they had their shop downtown. This is better for me thou since I live in the West end! I've always had good work done here from inspections to car not running for some random reason. I've gone through quite a few cars and have tried going to other shops but this is by far the best workmanship and non rage inducing.

The People: I usually deal with Jesse and he's fantastic! I've come across some of the other mechanics throughout the years and I've never run into anyone who's rude or disrespectful.

Absolutely the most honest shop I’ve been too in this city and I been to lots I can tell you that. My first visit was when I got in an accident and my insurance company got my car towed to metro auto and highly recommend it and they told me that they work on high end cars and I just went with it . I was very happy with the results,It looked like new after the paint job and some mechanical work that was done on it . a month later I went back for breaks and rotors and when I came to pick the car up ,(Jessie) told me that my car doesn’t need rotors changed and only changed my pads .My point here is that a lot of shops in edmonton will charge you for things that doesn’t need to be changed so it’s good having not just a good mechanic , but an honest one too.

Just moved to town and our Honda needed some basic service. Jesse got me quickly and took care of everything. The price was good for the service and there were no surprises. He explained that I would probably need to get my brakes replaced sometime in the next year, but put no pressure on me to do it right away as some mechanics are known to do. Overall i had a great experience and I will definitely be using this place for my automotive needs. They did everything.
