I was blown away by his professionalism, great communication and hard work. He always responds very quickly to messages, and contacted me to keep me updated. He put a lot of work into advertising, showing and selecting renters in record time.
Not only is he the dream Property Manager for all the normal things like showing the place, selecting renters, setting up a rental agreement, collecting rent etc. Going above and beyond on all the routine tasks is just normal for him, but in my case he went further than I would have ever thought possible, when Race Real Estate and I were sued by a tenant. He handled everything from start to finish. He made sure he was prepared for the hearing down to the last detail, involved his lawyer and throughout kept me informed and talked me off the ledge. I can't thank him enough and feel lucky I randomly picked him from a google search. That day was my lucky day.
